I’m keeping this post short and sweet because let’s be honest, there’s not much to say about these free printable valentines for kids! They’re so simple and self-explanatory!
These valentines are available in both French and English. My boys go to a French school, and I always have a really hard time finding decent valentines written in French since my province is primarily English speaking. So I usually resort to designing my own. (I made these owl ones a couple of years ago.)
Making these slinky valentines is super inexpensive too. It’s hardly more that buying boxes of valentines cards from Walmart or the grocery store!
My youngest has been using a small slinky as a fidget to help him break a bad habit. It’s been a few weeks now and it’s really working! We couldn’t be happier. So I thought we’d share the joy and give all his classmates their own slinky fidget!
Here’s what you’ll need to make these fun slinky themed valentines
Slinkies – This neon emoji set that I got on Amazon only cost me $15 CAD for 30 slinkies! (That’s around $11 USD)

I love a good non-candy valentine idea! I’m not a huge fan of my kiddos coming home with a bag full of lollipops and hard candies.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m fine with my boys having sweet treats, but something about the sugar and dye content in hard candies makes their behaviour go a little wonky! 😛
In fact, I’m such a fan of non-candy ideas that I wrote a whole round up of 17 valentines in this post.
