At my kid’s schools, the policy seems to be that they don’t make Mother’s Day or Father’s Day crafts, which kind of breaks my heart. I remember making all these little crafts for my parents when I was in school, and I looked forward to receiving them when I became a mom. Alas, it was not to be and now my kids have outgrown the crafts I’ve listed here.
But if you’ve got toddlers or preschoolers at home, these DIY Father’s Day crafts are just the ticket for making his day!
There’s a mix of paper crafts and trinkets, but they should all be easy enough for a 3-5 year old to make with some assistance from Mom or a teacher. Skill levels will vary of course, you know best what your child can manage!
